Do you have a showroom, store, where can I see your furniture?

No, we don't have or plan to have a showroom or a physical store. Since we have a good few hundred items on the website, showroom even for a reasonable amount of this furniture is almost impossible and pointless to have. Online Business Model a better way to provide you with a large selection at MUCH more better prices than furniture stores. The only disadvantage: you can not 'touch' the furniture before the purchase, but for most pieces it is not very important (mattresses is exception). Call if you have any questions.

What is your warranty information? Any warranty plans?

All products sold on the website come with 1-year limited manufacturer's warranty.

Can I take a look at some of the furniture you're offering?

We are 100% online store and there's no showroom. If we would have a showroom, it is impossible to display over 2000 products we have for sale.

Can you make this table in different color scheme, can I order the same item but in different finishing, Art leather type, Art leather color, etc.?

Yes you can change the color scheme or different art leather or fabric. Please log a query and we will get back

Where do you deliver furniture?

For home décor products, we deliver it thought India, For furniture we deliver it in Bangalore, please call us if its other than Bangalore.

Do you have products in stock or will I have to wait?

All our products are made to order, the manufacturing varies from 5 to 20 days from the order date.

Do I have to pay tax?

Yes there is Vat of 14.5% will be charged.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards. You can pay it via PayU Money or money transfer to our company’s account.

Do you offer any financing?

We do not offer any financing or payment plans at the moment. But you can swipe credit cards and convert it in EMI’s.

Can I pay with a DEBIT Card?

Yes, you definitely can as long as you have the Visa or Master Card logo displayed on your debit card.
